My approach

I am a BACP accredited therapist. I work relationally, which means that I consider the relationship between us to be a key part of the therapy; and from an embodied position, which means I work with the whole person - mind and body. This enables me to work flexibly and holistically and to adapt my approach to meet different individual's needs as necessary.

I can offer help in many areas, but I have a particular interest and experience in working with disordered eating, particularly binge eating disorder.  One to one therapy is an opportunity for us to work together to uncover what’s driving your binge eating. There is so much secrecy and shame surrounding this issue and together we can work on developing a sense of trust around food.  I am gentle, sensitive, respectful and non judgemental and work at a pace which you are comfortable with. Together we can explore your relationship with food and your body, and work towards fostering a more positive connection.

I am registered with Axa ppp, Aviva, WPA and Vitality health insurances, and I am able to accept clients through their services.

I work both in the NHS and privately and am currently working with frontline NHS workers.

I am a qualified therapist and accredited member of the BACP.
